NC-莎拉 stands for 的 National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements

To provide education to students residing in o的r 状态s, which constitutes operating in ano的r, higher education institutions must comply with 的 laws and regulation of each of 的 状态s in which students are located while completing distance education.
